King Agamemnon's Stubbornness

King Agamemnon's stubbornness is very irritating. Because he acts like a child with this stubbornness. First of all, when Agamemnon got a prize, a woman. This woman is the daughter of Chryses. Chryses made a ransom to retrieve her daughter, the ransom is a rich treasure. But the stubborn king refused his offer and threatened him to go away. As soon as Chryses got home, he prayed to Apollo. The God got mad because he loved Chryses for he is loyal to Apollo. The 10th day Achilles formed a conference and asked King Agamemnon to give Chryses' daughter back. But the King got mad and had a quarrel with Achilles. Then eventually the King will return Chyrses' daughter but in return he will get the prize of Achilles, the beautiful woman called Briseis. But Achilles can't do anything about it, so the King's stubbornness was shown in this part.

I compare King Agamemnon to Erap. Because he was once one of our president. Then a new election began to replace GMA as president. He used his power to become elected as president again and was not contented about loosing. He still wants to be a president when its obvious he was already loosing to Nonoy Aquino. In my own idea I think he was even cheating. Also when he lost he said Nonoy was "cheating".
